Demand Survey

Demand Surveys for Ahmedabad, Faridabad-I/II, Lucknow- IV, Mumbai, Noida Extn- I/II, Patna, Raj Nagar & Wave City-24, Shimla, Sohna- Confirmation, Sohna- I/II & Varanasi Housing Schemes have since been closed. Those participants who have not yet applied for refund of commitment money may do so by submitting application for refund as per Annexure- H-1 of IRWO General Rules available on the IRWO website.

Chennai-II-B

The project has been completed. Out of 161 allottees, possession letters have been issued to 158 allottees who have paid the full amount. The payments of some allottees are currently under reconciliation, while a few others have not yet cleared their dues. Possession letters will be issued once payments are reconciled / dues cleared.

Jaipur Ph-III

Construction of 4 towers has been completed, and 66 flats have already been sold. Remaining 2 towers (B & C) will be completed in due course.

Moradabad Ph-III

The project has been completed. Execution of conveyance deeds is in progress for those who have cleared all dues.

Zirakpur

The existing RWA has been dissolved. Elections for the new RWA are scheduled to be held on 8th June 2025.

Transfer and Conveyance Deed

The procedure for Transfer and Conveyance Deed has been simplified. Updated formats for Transfer Cases (Annexure E and F) and Annexure H3 for Conveyance Deed are applicable.

Refund Notice for Demand Survey Participants

Demand surveys for Jabalpur and Lucknow Phase-IV have been closed. Participants can claim refunds by submitting a physical application with H1 Form, or by submitting a refund request online through IRWO website.
