IRWO had already completed two housing projects, Phase-I & Phase-II, at Cherlapalli, Hyderabad, in 2003.

Another land parcel measuring approximately 2.16 hectares (5 acres 40 gunthas) was allotted by APIIC, but the same was cancelled unilaterally and contested in court. Case No. 17077 of 2005 was decided in favour of IRWO. Allotment is held up due to the pending review petitions. Efforts are being made to follow up on the case and get back the allotment of land.
