UPAVP's Housing Scheme in Ghaziabad
UP Awas & Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has announced Siddharth Vihar Yojana in Sector 7, Ghaziabad where flats would be provided in various sizes from 1 BHK to 4 BHK in multistoreyed towers. For details, please click here for a copy of the Registration Booklet of the scheme. The scheme is open for registration upto 30th November 2012 (extended date).
IRWO Members interested in the above scheme may download the Scheme Booklet for guidance and register for the scheme directly with UPAVP after purchasing the documents, as stipulated by UPAVP. A copy of the application form may be sent thereafter to IRWO ‘s office so that IRWO can try to get Dwelling Units allotted to the concerned IRWO members in the same tower(s).

Members are advised, however, that IRWO is not concerned and associated in any way with this scheme, including the quality of construction as well as timely delivery of DUs, and IRWO members who book a flat in this scheme would do so at their own risk and cost.

Inclusion of Primary Registration No. in correspondence
IRWO Members are requested to mention their Primary Registration No. in all their correspondence/proposals/grievances to IRWO's office so as to facilitate the disposal of their cases.
