Conducted between 2023–2024 with 69 applicants. Due to insufficient participation, commitment amount is being refunded. 18 applicants have received refunds; the rest are in process.
Bengaluru Land Acquisition Status
20.10 acres acquired by IRWO was taken over by BDA as per Supreme Court orders. Developed land is to be allotted by BDA, currently under High Court consideration.
Jaipur Project Progress
Total of 261 units planned across 6 towers. Work on 4 towers completed, 56 houses available for sale. Remaining 2 towers will be constructed after current sales.
