Chennai-II-B

The project has been completed. Out of 161 allottees, possession letters have been issued to 80 allottees who have paid the full amount. The payments of some allottees are currently under reconciliation, while a few others have not yet cleared their dues. Possession letters will be issued to them once their payments are successfully reconciled or the outstanding dues are fully paid.

Jaipur Ph-III

Construction of 4 towers has been completed, and 66 flats have already been sold. The remaining 2 towers (B & C) will be completed in due course.

Moradabad Ph-III

The project has been completed, and the execution of conveyance deeds is in progress for those who have cleared all their dues.

Zirakpur

The existing RWA has been dissolved, and elections for the new RWA are scheduled to be held on 8th June 2025.

Transfer and Conveyance Deed

The procedure for Transfer and Conveyance Deed has been simplified. The formats for Transfer Cases (Annexure E and F) have also been revised for ease of submission. Allottees are requested to submit the updated Annexure E and F for transfer cases, and Annexure H3 for the Conveyance Deed.

Refund Notice for Demand Survey Participants

The demand surveys for Jabalpur and Lucknow Phase-IV have now been closed. Participants of these schemes can claim their refunds by submitting a physical application along with the H1 Form, or by submitting a refund request online through the IRWO website.
